Nick Ainis is a Toronto-based entrepreneur, builder, developer, author and media host with more than two decades of experience in construction, real estate and business. As Founder & CEO of Fusioncorp Developments, Nick has spent his career turning ideas into businesses, buildings and opportunities across Ontario.

His work has expanded beyond construction and development into investment, media, technology and new ventures. Through Nick Ainis Enterprises, he brings these interests together—building businesses, creating brands and ideas, and sharing his experience through books, podcasts, live events and media.
